If you have experience within customer services or similar, have an excellent telephone manner, Microsoft office experience and can multitask this could be the perfect role for you.
You will be fully trained on their systems which are bespoke to the organisation and you will also be trained on the processes that are in place to ensure the smooth running of the department.
As a Customer / Field Service Administrator you will be working within a team of 8, taking calls from customers with various queries and requests. You may also make outbound calls liaising with customers via the telephone, email and in-house systems.
In addition to liaising with customers, you will also allocate, co-ordinate and dispatch field service engineers, ensuring that the work is carried out in a timely manner, and adhering to the service level agreements set to each customer.
Your role will be to identify the best course of action and ensure a quick resolution for the customer. Customer satisfaction is taken seriously and you will need to be able to demonstrate a passion for solving problems. This role requires you to think outside the box, problem solve, and when necessary, escalate to management when guidance is required.

The hours of work are 8.00am-4.30pm, 9.00am -5.30pm and 9.30am to 6pm on a rota basis. You will also be required to work 1 weekend in 6, with days in lieu given for each day worked.
